Jarrod Massey, a lobbyist, testified in the ongoing electronic bingo trial that he offered Sen. Jim Preuitt a bribe, The Montgomery Advertiser reported.

Massey, who has already pleaded guilty, said he made offers to Preuitt to obtain his vote and support for the proposed legislation, the report explained.

The incentives offered to Prueitt included country music artists who’d play at his fundraisers, offers to run and fund his election campaign, the Montgomery Advertiser said.
